I'm Sandra — a relationship and intimacy coach based in the UK. The site and services described here are operated by me as an individual provider.

2. The services

This site offers:

A free community and newsletter.
Free consultation calls (subject to availability).
Educational content, guides, and videos.
Premium services described on the home page.

All services are provided on an "as available" basis. Availability may change without notice.

3. Coaching disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. My services are educational and supportive, not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or struggling with serious mental-health issues, please contact a licensed practitioner or emergency services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, join the community, or book a session.

5. Bookings & payments

Consultation calls advertised as "free" carry no charge.
Paid services must be paid in full before the session begins.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session.

6. Community rules

The community is a safe, respectful space. By joining you agree to:

Treat every member with kindness and confidentiality.
Refrain from spam, hate speech, harassment, and unsolicited promotion.
Respect privacy — what is shared in the community stays there.

I reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, video, images, guides, and other materials — is my intellectual property unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

I do my best to provide thoughtful, honest guidance, but I cannot guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
